Evidence-driven learning

Corporate Training that actually changes behaviour

Most training gets forgotten within a week. Ours is engineered around spaced repetition, real-world application, and measurable accountability — so your teams perform differently on Monday morning.

How we make learning stick

Our four-phase methodology is grounded in cognitive science, not slide decks. Each phase builds on the last to embed new behaviours into daily work patterns.

1

Diagnostic audit

We interview stakeholders, review performance data, and run behavioural assessments to pinpoint the specific skill gaps holding your teams back. No generic needs-analysis questionnaires — we dig into the workflows where friction actually lives.

2

Bespoke design

Every programme is architected from scratch using your organisation's language, scenarios, and KPIs. We write case studies drawn from your industry so participants recognise themselves in every exercise.

3

Immersive delivery

Our facilitators run high-energy sessions blending simulation, peer coaching, and deliberate practice. Sessions are capped at sixteen participants to ensure everyone gets direct feedback and real-time coaching.

4

Reinforcement and measurement

Post-programme, we deploy spaced-repetition nudges, manager toolkits, and 30/60/90-day check-ins. We measure observable behaviour shifts — not just satisfaction scores — and report back to your leadership team with concrete data.

Sectors we specialise in

Deep domain knowledge means faster programme design and more relevant scenarios for your people.

Financial services training

Regulatory pressure, digital transformation, and talent retention make financial services one of the most demanding sectors for learning and development. Our programmes address the specific competencies that drive performance in banking, insurance, and asset management environments.

  • Regulatory compliance and ethical decision-making workshops
  • Client relationship management for advisory teams
  • Cross-functional leadership in matrix organisations
  • Risk communication for senior stakeholders

Healthcare workforce development

Healthcare organisations face unique challenges: shift-based teams, high-stress environments, and the need for compassionate leadership alongside clinical excellence. We design programmes that respect these realities and fit into demanding schedules.

  • Compassionate leadership for clinical managers
  • Inter-professional communication and handover protocols
  • Resilience and wellbeing for frontline staff
  • Change management during system transitions

Technology sector programmes

Technical brilliance alone does not scale a product organisation. We help technology companies build the leadership, communication, and collaboration skills that turn talented engineers and product people into high-performing cross-functional teams.

  • Engineering management fundamentals
  • Stakeholder influence for product managers
  • Distributed team leadership and async communication
  • Technical presentation and demo skills

Manufacturing and operations

Operational excellence depends on frontline supervisors who can coach, communicate, and solve problems in real time. Our programmes are designed for the factory floor and the planning office alike, with practical tools that work in fast-paced production environments.

  • Supervisory skills for newly promoted team leads
  • Lean communication and daily management routines
  • Safety leadership beyond compliance
  • Continuous improvement facilitation skills

Common questions

Answers to what prospective clients ask most often before engaging us.

How long does a typical programme take from scoping to delivery?
Most programmes go from initial diagnostic to first delivery session within four to six weeks. Larger engagements involving multiple cohorts or international roll-outs may require eight to ten weeks for design and pilot testing. We always run a pilot session with a small group before scaling to ensure the content resonates.
Can sessions be delivered remotely or do you only work in person?
We deliver in all three formats: fully in-person, fully virtual, and blended. Our virtual sessions use a combination of live facilitation, breakout rooms, and asynchronous micro-learning modules. We find that blended formats often produce the strongest results because they combine the energy of face-to-face work with the flexibility of digital reinforcement.
What is the minimum group size you work with?
We work with groups as small as six and cap cohorts at sixteen to maintain quality of interaction. For organisations with larger populations, we run multiple cohorts in parallel and provide a facilitator-certification option so your internal team can scale the programme independently over time.
How do you measure whether the training actually worked?
We use a modified Kirkpatrick model with a heavy emphasis on level three — behaviour change in the workplace. Concretely, that means we collect 360-degree feedback snapshots at baseline, 30 days, and 90 days post-programme. We also track leading indicators like meeting cadence, feedback frequency, and team survey scores where available.
Do you offer ongoing support after the programme ends?
Every engagement includes a 90-day reinforcement phase at no additional cost. This includes weekly micro-nudges sent to participants, a manager coaching guide, and two group coaching calls. Extended support packages are available for organisations that want 6- or 12-month embedded coaching alongside the training.
